Shipping
Most orders of in stock items shipping via UPS will be shipped the same day when ordered by 2:00 PM PST Monday-Friday. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.
Due to an earlier pick-up time, USPS orders will ship when placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday.
As most shipping charges are based on dollar amount, additional shipping charges may apply to larger items such as, complete bikes, frames, wheel sets, helmets etc. If this is the case for your order, we will contact you for payment of additional shipping charges. If a package is returned as "undeliverable" or due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Orders are shipped using UPS and/or USPS at our discretion unless otherwise specified.

*Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses must select USPS service. When shipping items using ground service, the following time frames apply. All orders are shipped from our Oregon warehouse. UPS and USPS Priority shipping normally take 3-5 business days. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays, only business days (Monday-Friday).
Product Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with the product you ordered you may return it for a credit or replacement, less the dollar amount of the original shipping charges. To return an item you must call and obtain a return authorization number before shipping the return. Items sent for return without a proper return authorization number will not be processed. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and undamaged packaging to receive full credit. Some items such as custom built orders, installed parts, videos, and complete bicycles, are not returnable. Riders Choice Bikes has the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
