Terms and Conditions:
Shipping Damages
If your order suffers damage during shipping, let the delivery driver know immediately for insurance purposes. Riders Choice Bikes is not responsible for loss or damaged goods due to shipping. You will need to show the shipping box in the condition you received it as well as the shipping label on the box to process any shipping damage claims.
Shipping Shortages and Screw Ups
In the event that we ship you the wrong items or fail to ship the order as stated on your invoice, we will do whatever it takes to correct the problem. All problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. All corrections will be shipped by UPS ground free of charge.
Out of stock and Backorders
If an ordered item is found to be out of stock, we will make every effort to fill and ship the order within 72 hours. If an item is not currently available, we will contact you regarding the order.
Domestic orders
If an item is not currently available, you may request that we place the item on "backorder status". In most cases we will notify you when the items on backorder are in stock and available to ship.
International orders
We do not “backorder” items on international orders. We will contact you first for substitute options. If no options are accepted, then we will ship the available items and cancel the out-of-stock items.
Guaranteed Low Price
We try very hard to make sure we have the best prices available for our customers by comparing competitors prices throughout the industry. If you find a lower price advertised in another published (or online) catalog within 30 days of purchase, we will do our best to match or beat those prices. However, in some cases, we may not be able to match a special sale price or closeout sale price seen on some items.
Payment on Orders
Credit Card Payment
Customers can use major credit cards to purchase any and all items. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can use a Discover card on phone orders (not accepted through our website). You may use credit cards with online purchases, phone orders and faxed orders. The order will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card and the authorized cardholder only. In the event that the order is to be shipped to an address other than that of the billing address of the credit card, the order must be placed by phone and not through the web store. Due to fraud we must take extra security precautions if shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address. We also accept payment through Paypal, just follow the Paypal payment link through the shopping cart checkout.
Checks and C.O.D.
We no longer accept checks or C.O.D. as payment.
